The Logistics Data Sheet is a document that is used to detail the logistics route options between supplier manufacturing / dispatch plants and customer plants
Minimum Content Requirements
A Logistics Data sheet shall be completed for each combination of manufacturing / despatch plant and customer plant in order to understand the details for all the
logistics routes options.

| Supplier Code | Unique code to each supplier, issued by Nissan Purchasing Dept. | |
| Author | The name of the person who created / revised the document | |

| Total Pack Price | Total packaging price for the pack and the dunnage | |

| Transport Details | Transport Method | Transport type used to ship the parts from the despatch plant to the customer plant (Road / Rail / Sea / Air) |

| Transport Cost / Part | For CIF only, the calculated transport cost for an individual part | |
| Delivery Frequency | The proposed frequency of deliveries to the customer plant | |
| Empty Return Frequency | The proposed frequency of deliveries of empty packaging to the supplier-designated location (Empty Packaging Return Plant) | |
| Comments | Any relevant information relating to transport details | |
| Total Cost per Part | Calculation based on the above data to determine the overall cost to deliver an individual part to the customer plant | |
| Waste Material Costs | The cost of disposable packaging sub-divided into paper, card, polythene, foam, wood and other. | |
