New Product Delivery Notice (Nissan Unique)
Key Points
The New Product delivery notice is to be used for identification of product when first delivered to Nissan.
This will enable the delivered product to be actioned in a timely manner.
Minimum Content Requirements
- Complete and submit the New Product Delivery Notice to Nissan before the first delivery of parts.
- First delivery of parts includes;
- vehicle assembly trial,
- initial vehicle launch
- first parts delivered after a Design change
- first parts delivered after a Process/ Facility Site change
- first parts delivered following countermeasure implementation

| Deliver to | Location to which the product will be delivered |
| Supplier Code | Unique code to each supplier, issued by Nissan Purchasing Dept. |

| Reason for first Products Delivered | Indicate the reason for the shipment by marking the box against the appropriate reason on the list provided |

| Part Description / Part Name | The part name or description as identified on the product drawing. |
| Drawing Number | Number of the drawing, to which the parts are being manufactured. |
| Previous Design Note | Number of the previous design note, to which the parts were being manufactured |
| PSW Number | Reference number for the associated to PSW |
| Previous Change Number | Reference number of previous design / process change |
| New Design Note | Number of the new design note, to which the parts are being manufactured |
| Inspection Report Number | Reference number for the associated Inspection Report(s) |
| New Change Number | Reference number of previous design / process change |
| Required Delivery Date | Required delivery date to Nissan |
| RAN | Release authorization number (RAN) as supplied by Nissan's inventory control |
| RAN1 (PDSN #);North America Unique | 初Record the PDSN that will be used for the first shipment of new level parts. |
| Quantity of Parts in the First Delivery | Quantity of parts in first shipment |
| Description of change (for Japan) | Brief description of the change with photograph or sketching etc. |
| Supplier QA manager | Signature of the responsible person at the supplier |
