NPQP - Nissan Policy

1. The supplier is expected to provide products that meet or exceed Nissan targets.

2. Suppliers are required to comply with all IATF 16949 requirements. This is a minimum requirement for the application of NPQP.

   - IATF 16949 is the technical specification for automotive supplier quality management system requirements published by ISO (the International Organization for
     Standardization).

   - IATF 16949, in conjunction with ISO 9001, defines the quality management system requirements for automotive suppliers.
   - It is the responsibility of the suppliers to ensure that their sub-suppliers meet the quality management system requirements of NPQP and IATF 16949.

3. Confirmation of the implementation of the supplier's quality management system and its ability to meet Nissan requirements will be carried out by Nissan
using the Nissan evaluation audit tools.

4. The supplier is required to rigorously apply NPQP to identify all reasonably foreseeable potential safety issues and to take preventative actions to ensure that such safety
issues do not occur during the use of the product. The supplier shall deploy all necessary actions in order to preserve the key characteristics of the product in compliance
    with specifications.
